2009年3 月19日至3月20日， 由新加坡T.U.N International和 cippe合办的FPSO China2009中国浮式生产储油卸油研讨会在北京临空皇冠假日酒店隆重召开。

　　本次FPSO论坛，以第九届Cippe展会为依托，充分发挥了展会期间人物云集的优势，定在展会附近的假日酒店召开，使得与会人员能够在参加完会以后就近参展。论坛在两日举行，包括中海油，SBM offshore ，2H offshore，crondall能源咨询公司，马来西亚海洋研究所，烟台Raffles造船厂等一大批重要演讲嘉宾。

     在金融危机的背景下举办这样一个论坛，不但可以在同行间相互交流新技术和经验，而且还交流了应对危机的观点。这对于FPSO行业的投资、部署、运营和维护，都有积极地参考意义，同时也更好的帮助企业在相关方面的决策实施。

    会议为期两天，参会嘉宾同时还参观了CIPPE展览会。
