SBW、DWB系列自动补偿式单三相电力稳压器(以下简称稳压器)是我公司在参照国际同类产品，结合我国国情的基础上研制并生产的新一代节能型稳压器。由于其独具匠心的设计，使该稳压器具有容量大、效率高、稳压范围宽、精度高、保护能强、无波形畸变及体积小、重量轻、运行可靠、使用维护简便等特点。这些都是其它类型的稳压器所无法比拟的。S(D)BW aeries automatic compensated type three phase voltage stabilizer(hereinafter called voltage stabilizer)is a new generation of energy-saving product developed by our company on the base of referring to the same product in international market and combing with our national condition.Lt has the features as big capacity、high effciency、wide regulating range、high accuracy、excellent protection function、no waveform distortion、small bulk and weight、reliable performance、easy operation and maintenance and so on.All of these features are much better than the other kindof voltage stabilizer..◇基本特点Basic Feature1、具有延时上电功能，开机后延时3-4秒后接通输出电源。以防止刚开机种种原因而造成的输出高压现象。2、机械故障保护当电机因故障而不能转动或连续运行时间超过4±1秒时，自动切断电源（以免出现烧坏机器的现象）。 3、配有自动启动送电功能（即如电网停电后，再恢复供电时）能自己启动并向负载供电。1、It has the function to delay electrify.the output power supply is connected after it is start up for 3-4s to avoid the optput high voltage phenomenoncaused by some reasons because of starting up.2、Mechanical error protection,The power supply will be cutoff automatically(to avoid the equipment is burnt)when the motor fail to work becauseof breakdown or it run continuously more than4±1s.3、IIt is provided with automatic starting-up and supply function lf the electric network is out of electricity,sill start up automatically and supplythe load when the power is recovered.  广泛用于工矿企业、邮电、铁路、建筑工地、学校、医院、宾馆、国防、科研等部门的电子计算机、精密机床、计算机体层扫描摄影(CT)、精密仪器、试验装置、电梯、进口设备及生产流水线的交流稳压电源。同时也适用于电压低、波动幅度大的低压配电终端用户及负载变动较大的用电设备，如升降机、起重机、搅拌机等一切需要电压稳定的场所。It can be widrly used in AC regulated power supply for computer、precision machine tool、CT、precision instruments、test device、elevator、imported equipment and production flow-line in industrial and mining enterprise、post and telecommunication、railway、construction site、school、hospital、hotel、national defense、scientific research and so on depart ments.Also,it is suitable for low voltage distributing terminal users with big fluctuationrange and the consumer with big load variety,as elevator、crane、mixer etc.All these occasions that needs regulated voltage.  ◇工件原理简介Brief lntroduction to Working Principle该稳压器由补偿电路、控制电路、检测电路及操作电路等组成，其工作原理如下图所示。补偿电路、控制、电路和检测电路组成了输出电压的自动补偿系统。S(D)BW系列稳压器的补偿电路是由补偿变压器BT、带有伺服电机及减速传动机构的接触式调压器AT等组成。其输出电压自动补偿原理(以A相为例)简述如下：Uout＝Uin＋△U式中Uin--稳压器输入相电压；Uout--稳压器输出相电压；△U--稳压器—相补偿电压。当输入电压Uin改变或因负载变化而引起输出电压Uout变化时，由检测电路从稳压器输出端采样并给出控制信号，控制接触式调压器上的伺服电动机转动，经减速机构减速并由驱动碳刷在接触式高压表而作往复滑动，节接触式调压器的输出电压来改变补偿电压，实现自动保持输出电压的稳定。The voltage stabilizer is composed of compensating circuit、control circuit、detection circuit、operating circuit and so on,the operating princ iple diagram is as following.The compenasting circuit、control circuit and detection circuit are combined into the automatic compensating sysemof output voltage.The compersating circuit of the S(D)BW series voltage stabilizer iscomposed of compensating voltage transformer、contact typevoltageregulator with has servomotor and speed-reducing driven mechanism.Theautomatic compensating principle of the output voltage is as following(takepkase A as example):Uout=Uin+△Uln which:Uin--The input phase voltage of voltage stabilizerUout--The output phase voltage of voltage stabilizer△U-One phase compensating voltage of voltage stabilizerWhen the input voltage changes or the output voltage is changed because of load variey,the detection circuit samples from the output end of the voltage stabilizer and give out control signal to control the revolution of the servo motor on the contact type voltage regulator,the speed is reduced by speed-reducing mechanism,and the driven carbon brush repeatedly slide on the surface of the contact type voltage regulator,the output voltage of the contact type voltage regulator is adjusted,so that the compensating voltage is changed,the automatic stable output voltage is achieved.DBW（单相）稳压器应用范围DBW（单相）稳压器技术参数技术参数 输入电压相电压176～264V线电压304～456V输出电压相电压220±(3-5)%V线电压380±(3-5)%V频率50/60Hz相对湿度＜95%效率≥98%稳压精度（2%-5%）可设置响应时间≤0.5s功能保护具有过压、欠压保护波形失真不产生波形畸变
