一、      概述General火炬电器有限公司是国内最早生产油纸变压器套管的厂家之一,历史悠久,有丰富的油纸绝缘产品生产经验,产品遍布国内各地,也远销海外。Torch Electrical Apparatus Co., Ltd is the latest one of manufactures of oil-paper transformer bushing in China, which has long history, and with a wealth of production experiences, its products not only cover China, but also export to foreign countries.套管实现了计算机辅助设计。这样就摆脱了设计过程中的繁杂计算,极大提高了设计的工作效率、数据计算的准确性。Computer Auxiliary Design has been achieved for bushing. Complex calculation in the design has been shaken off, working efficiency and accuracy of calculation have been improved.开展了套管尾部电场分布的优化设计,其数据为尾部结构提供了重要的设计依据。Optimization design of distribution in electric field of bottom of bushing has been done, its data offer the basis of design for structure of its bottom.现在,火炬电器有限公司生产的套管,无论是机械性能,还是电气性能均跻身于国内先进水平。Today, either mechnical performance or electric performance, bushing manufactered by our company rise to the advanced level of the world. 二、产品结构特点characteristic of structure与传统套管相比,现时生产的套管具有以下特点:Compared with traditional bushing, present bushing has the following characteristic:第一、油枕、法兰均采用铸铝合金,非磁性材料的采用改善套管的绝缘热稳定性能十分有利,这一点,对330KV及以上超高压套管尤其重要。Aluminium alloy shall be used for oil pillow and flange, non-magnetic material is good for improving insulation thermal reliability performance of bushing,  on which it is important for super-high voltage bushing.第二、为了方便变压器安装,在法兰盘侧边增设了排气孔。Dispeling gas hole shall be additional provided on the side of flange for assemblying transformenr’ convenience.第三、油位指示清楚醒目,均采用大圆形玻璃油表。Indication of oil indicator is clear and conspicuous, magnetic-pin type oil indicator shall be used for 220kV bushing or greater.                              第四、精心设计了密封结构,测量端子也是全密封的。Sealed structure shall be painstakingly designed, measured terminal is with full sealed structure.第五、电容芯子——及主绝缘采用了新的设计方法,这种方法可以提高芯子绝缘曾中部的绝缘利用系数,改善工艺性能。使径向场调节得更均匀,有效地提高了套管的局部放电起始电压和滑闪放电起始电压。经国内权威部门检测,本公司的126KV短尾套管(工厂代号:3533W4,尾部瓷套仅长340mm),一分钟工频耐受电压通过了300KV,126kv电压下,局部放电量仅2pC。New method of design shall be used for capacitance core and main insulation, the method can improve insulation usage coefficient in the middle of core, workmanship performance is improved. Adjustment of four-direction electric field is more even, partial discharge voltage and flashover discharge voltage are effectively improved.
