The product is applicable to the externally installed plastic sealed motors and household electric appliance.结构及保护原理(Configuration & principles)    TH-B型系列热保护器是由导热塑料外壳，焊有银合金触点的双金属元件、导电支架、绝缘固定座、静触片及耐热导线等元件组成。电流通过有阻抗的双金属元件，遇非正常工作时，随电流增大或周围温度升高至设定温度值时，双金属元件迅速动作，打开触点，切断电路。当装置冷却到安全工作温度时，触点自动闭合，恢复正常工作状态。TH-B series thermal protector is compised by heat conductive plastic shell, bimetal component welded silver alloy contact, current conductive frame, insulated fixing seat, static contant pad and heat resistant wires etc. When the current goes through the bimetal component with impedance, if the current increases or the environment temperature rises and the temperature reaches the preset value, the bimetal component will work and release the contact to shut off the circuit; and by contrast, if the device cools down to the temperature, the contact point will reset automatically. 说明：TH系列均采用统一机芯，型号之分仅为外壳的外形尺寸不同。Instruction:The TH Series Theory of every type is same, except for difference of caze size.  安装及外形尺寸(Design Detail)产品型号 Type长 L宽 W高 H导线 LeadsTH-B2D15.0±0.47.3±0.23.9±0.1导线为AWG20#、22#硅胶线和AWG22#电子辐照线和镀锡裸铜线，特殊要求可专业制造Th-B3D18.0±0.48.0±0.24.0±0.1Th-B4D21.0±0.48.0±0.24.0±0.1应用范围(Appilications)    TH-B型系列产品是对电流、温度双重敏感的热保护器件，广泛应用于塑封电机灯具、电池、真空清洗机、PC板以及变压器等一般电器的过流保护和温度控制。TH-B series protectors are double sensitive to current and temperature.
