Winding friction stick, spindle, transverse axle velometer probe, (PG1, PG2, PG3, type: PA1015A), Teijin winding spindle, transverse axle velometer probe, (PU2, PU3, PU4, type: EM-014), high speed drawing….    本产品推荐检测间隙（探头表面与齿顶之间）为1mm±20%，建议安装传感器时，用塞尺准确调整该间隙。为了使输出达到最佳效果，当齿轮信号频率大于15kHz，齿轮安装的径向跳动应小于0.03mm，当齿轮信号频率小于15kHz时，齿轮安装的径向跳动应小于0.1mm。    因传感器内部有永磁体，安装时应注意避免齿轮与传感器头之间因吸引而产生撞击，而使传感器损坏。    传感器测量时无方向性。    注意：若周围电磁干扰大，建议将屏蔽线妥善接地，接地位置在接收装置输入端的地线点上。The recommend testing clearance (Between surface of probe and tooth top) is 1mm ±20%, suggest to adjust the clearance with proof stick while install the sensor. In order to make output to be best effect, if the gear signal frequency is larger than 15 kHz, make sure the radial beats of gear to be less than 0.1mm, while the gear signal frequency is smaller than 15 kHz, the radial beats could be less than 0.3mm.For there are permanent magnet inside the sensor, please avoid impact on the sensor, and result in sensors' damage.The sensor has no direction requirement when do measurement.Note: If the electromagnetic disturbance around is strong, suggest make proper ground to screened cable, the ground position should be placed at the GND point of input terminal of receiving equipment.
