        该产品用于发电机组测温(测量发电机所有轴承温度,发电机定子温度。),包括测量发电机的转速和剪断销信号装置。同时给发电机组停机时手动及自动制动。还装有发电机组中调速器的油泵控制系统。PZX-1转速信号装置PZX-1 Speed Signal Device PZX-1型转速信号装置由PLC,触摸屏以及外围电路组成。PLC采用世界名牌SIEMENS产品,具有高可靠性,高性能。采用触摸屏具有可显示内容丰富,更改显示窗口方便,修改设定值方便,采用发光二极管背光,色彩艳丽,寿命长。采用齿盘脉冲测频和PT测频双通道测频电路。两个通道是彼此独立的,任一通道退出运行均能保证转速信号装置的正常功能。PZX-1 speed signal device is made up of PLC, touch screen and the external circuit. PLC adopts products of world famous brand SIEMENS, which is with high reliability and high performance. The touch screen can display rich content, change the display window and modify settings conveniently. It measures frequency by two channels,   tooth plate pulse and PT. Two channels are independent. It can ensure the normal operation of speed signal device when any one of the channels is out of running. 1.性能和参数Performance and parameters1.1       随装置配备电感式位置传感器,检测主轴上齿盘的位置,作为齿盘测频通道的输入信号。传感器为三线式,24VDC工作电源。It should be equipped with inductive position sensor given the devices. Detect the gear plate position of main shaft as the input signal of frequency measurment channels. Sensor is three-wire type. Power supply is 24VDC.1.2  PT测频的信号取自机端电压互感器,额定电压100V(105 V)。可靠工作的电压范围:0.2-160V.The signal of PT frequency measurement is from the terminal voltage transformer. The rated voltage is 100V (105 V). The voltage range of reliable operation :0.2-160V.1.3工作电压:24VDC。如果由本厂组屏,则提供开关电源220VDC-AC/24VDC。Operating voltage: 24VDC. If team screens are supplied by our factory, we will provide switching with power supply 220VDC-AC/24VDC.1.4开关量输出:9路,全部继电器常开接点输出。继电器接点容量:      28VDC 5A无感负荷,28VDC 0.2A有感负荷  220VAC 3A无感负荷Switch output: 9 roads, all the relay make output normally by open contact. Shield floor should be grounded by single point.  如果采用非屏蔽电缆来作为齿盘测速传感器与转速信号装置之间的连接导线,则应使用3芯绞线,并远离强电电缆和强干扰源。If the connection wires between gear speed sensor and speed signal devices are not the shielded cable, you should use three-core flexible wires and be away from the strong electricity cables and strong interference source. 2.2       PT与转速信号装置间的连接导线宜使用屏蔽电缆。屏蔽层采用单点接地。The connection wires between PT and speed signal devices should use shielded cable.Shield floor should be grounded by single point.   PT至转速信号装置的使用电缆直接连接方式,中间不宜有开关之类器件存在。特别是在转速信号装置接通电源的情况下,勿断开PT与转速信号装置间的连接。开路的信号线可能会受到干扰而产生不正确的输出。The connection between PT and speed signal devices should be direct without switches and so on. Especially in the condition that the speed signal device is connected to the power, don’t disconnect the connection between PT and the speed signal device. Open-circuit signal line may be subject to interference arising from the incorrect output.  应确保PT的接地和转速信号装置的接地是同一个接地网。也就是说,应满足PT的接地点和转速信号装置的接地点是金属性连接的。Ensure that the grounding of PT and speed signal device is the same grounding grid. In other words, the grounding point of PT and speed signal device is metallic. 3.显示 触摸屏的几个主要窗口display main windows of touch screen3.1主窗口(Main Window)a .  8个开关量转速整定值的显示,以及它们对应的继电器动作状态指示灯display the speed setting value of 8 switches, as well as their corresponding status indicators of the relayb. 频率的实时显示display of real-time frequencyc. 转速的百分比实时显示display percentage of real-time speedd. 转速实时值显示display of real-time speede. 转速实时值的棒图显示bar graph display of real-time speedf. 报警指示灯alarm indicator lampg. 文字方式的报警滚动条alarming spinners by wordsh.日期和实时时钟date and real-time clocki.用于选择显示窗口的“选择窗口Windows”按钮 "Select Windows" button to select the displaying windowsj.用于查看历史报警的“查看报警Alarm”按钮"View alarm " button to check alarm historyk.用于复位报警的“复位R”按钮"reset R" to reset alarm3.2 “试验Test”窗口“Test” Window  利用PZX-1内置的转速信号发生器,可以试验转速信号装置的各个转速开关量动作状况。Use speed signal generator of PZX-1, you can test every movement of switches of speed signal device.  请注意,转速信号装置的接点动作会引起电站其他设备的动作,试验前应考虑这些动作的后果,以避免产生不希望的结果。Please note that the action of speed signal devices will cause the action of other devices. Consider the result before testing   in order to avoid bad results.3.3 “趋势曲线-1”窗口TrendLine-1 window进入这个窗口,将实时描绘转速-时间曲线。这个曲线图有助于表征机组转速变化状态和速度控制系统的性能。It will depict speed - time curve after being into this window. This curve will attribute changes of speed status and performance of speed control system.在这个窗口中,使用■,?,??,??按钮分别可以实现暂停(冻结当前),后退(显示过去时段的曲线),前进(显示后个时段的曲线)。In this window, use■, ?, ? ?, ? ? buttons can achieve the action of pause (freezing the current), back (show the last time curve), forward (displayed the next period of curve).在这个窗口中,可以纪录转速的最高值和转速最低值,并有复位按钮R,操作这个按钮,可以重新录取转速最高值和最低值。In this window, you can record the highest and lowest values of speed. And press button R to re-admit the highest lowest values of speed.在这个窗口中,使用■,?,??,??按钮分别可以实现暂停(冻结当前),后退(显示过去时段的曲线),前进(显示后个时段的曲线)。In this window, use■, ?, ? ?, ? ? buttons can achieve the action of pause (freezing the current), back (show the last time curve), forward (displayed the next period of curve).3.4“趋势曲线-2”窗口TrendLine-2 window这个窗口和趋势曲线-1 TrendLine-1窗口相类似,但它的纵坐标表示的是额定转速的%值,且它的值范围为80%-145%这样,转速的变化率有更大的显示空间,特别适应观察机组转速扰动,以及甩负荷时机组转速上升速率、振荡次数、曲线)振荡幅度以及恢复时间等参数。This window is similar to TrendLine-1 window. But its y-coordinate represents the fixed range of rated speed and its value ranges from 80% -145% so that there is a greater space to display change rate. In particular, it’s suitable to observe speed disturbances and speed rising rate, oscillation times, curve, oscillation amplitude and recovery time.  在这个窗口中,可以纪录转速的最高值和转速最低值,并有复位按钮R,操作这个按钮,可以重新录取转速最高值和最低值。In this window, you can record the highest and lowest values of speed. And press button R to re-admit the highest lowest values of speed.3.5“设定值显示”窗口”Value Display” Window  在这个窗口中,详细显示各设定值。其中有2个值的作用说明如下:In this window, show details of each setting. The role of two values as follows:3.5.1 制动器投入时间Brake Time 这个时间值适应PT测频。在停机过程中,当机组转速下降至PLC Q0.3的设定值时,继电器K2动作,制动器投入。随着转速的进一步降低,这时来自PT的残压很低或消失。为保证制动器的正确工作,使用这个“制动器投入时间Brake Time”来控制制动器的投入时间。This time value is suitable to PT frequency measurement. In the shutdown process, when the crew dropped to PLC Q0.3 speed settings, K2 relay act, input brake. With a further reduction of the speed, the residual pressure from the PT is very low or disappeared. To ensure brakes work correctly, use " Brake Time" to control the investment time of the brakes.3.5.2       制动附加时间Brake Add Time 这个时间值适应齿盘测频。在停机过程中,当机组转速下降至PLC Q0.3的设定值时,继电器K2动作,制动器投入。This time value is suitable to cranks frequency measurement. In the shutdown process, when the crew dropped to PLC Q0.3 speed settings, K2 relay act, input brake.当转速下降至1%额定转速时开始计时,在计时值达到这个“Brake Add Time”时制动器释放。When the speed dropped to 1% of the rated speed, start to time. If the time value achieve "Brake Add Time", release the brake.  在制动器制动过程中,计时值达到Brake Time和Brake Add Time之一,继电器K2释放。In the brake process, when the time value reached one of “Brake Time” and “Brake Add Time”, release K2relay.  修正系统时间也在这个窗口中进行操作。Amend the system time is also should be operated in this window.3.6 修改参数Set Value窗口Window of Modifying Parameters  所有的设定值均在这个窗口显示,修改和永久性保存在PLC的EEPROM中。 All settings should be displayed in the window and be modified permanently stored in the EEPROM of PLC. 此外,PZX-1型转速信号装置还有其它几个辅助性窗口,都是图文显示,按触摸屏的提示即可完成操作。In addition, there are a few auxiliary windows of PZX-1-type speed signal device. They are graphic displays. Complete operation by prompt of touch-screen .4.修改设定值Modify the settings  所有的设定值均可以被无限制次数的修改,并将新值永久性保存在PLC的EEPROM中。All settings may be modified unlimitedly. And new values will be permanently stored in the EEPROM of PLC.  现举一个例子说明修改操作步骤。所有其它设定值修改步骤均与此例相类同。例:PLC的Q1.0是一个过速输出点,它带动继电器K7,它的触点可以用来作为机组过速信号。这个信号的设定值出厂默然值是140%额定转速,现在根据机组的实际情况,决定将它的值修改为150%。步骤:Give an example of modifying steps. All other settings modifying steps are similar to this case. Example: PLC is the over-speed output point of Q1.0.It drives relay K7, its contacts can be used as over-speed signal. The setting of this signal is 140% of rated speed. Now it is modified to 150% of rated speed according to the fact. The steps are as followings:a.      在触摸屏的主窗口上,触摸“选择窗口Windows”按钮,弹出小窗口显示可供选择的各窗口按钮。In the main window of the touch screen, touch the "Select Windows" button, a small pop-up window displays window buttons for the various options.b.  触摸“修改参数Set Value”按钮,进入“设定值显示Value Display”窗口。Touch "Modify Set Value" button, enter " Value Display" window.c.  触摸“修改参数Set Value”按钮,弹出输入密码对话窗口。请输入正确的密码,然后触摸“修改参数Set Value”按钮,进入“修改设定值Set Value”窗口。Touch "Modify Set Value" button, pop dialog window of inputting password. Please enter the correct password, and then touch "Modify  Set Value" button, and enter the "Modify Settings Set Value" window.d. 触摸Q1.0 >=下方的数值(这个数值表示当前Q1.0的设定值,出厂默认值是140%),弹出数字键盘。Touch the value below Q1.0> = (the value means current Q1.0 settings, factory default value is 140%), pop numeric keypad.e.  在数字键盘上输入新值:150 触摸ENTER键,数字键盘退出并自动回到“修改设定值Set Value”窗口。Enter a new value: 150 to the numeric keypad, then touch the ENTER key, the numeric keypad will exit automatically and returns to the "Modify Set Value" window.f.   Q1.0 >=下方的数值显示新的设定值:150% 按这个数值下方的“OK”键。至此这个新的设定值修改完成。这个新值被存储在PLC的EEPROM中。Values below Q1.0> = show the new settings: 150%.Press the OK key below this value. So far this new setting had changed. This new value will be stored in the EEPROM of PLC.
