成分：70%马卡贝奥，30%帕雷亚达香味：乳香、白色水果香气、苹果、梨子色泽：柠檬黄口感：具有完美平衡的酸度，回味悠长        我们赋予了它广泛的香气并伴有乳香和微妙的白色水果香气（苹果、梨子）。口感令人愉悦，干，具有万门平衡的酸度并与发泡非常良好地结合在一起使得酒液在口内留下宽广而绵长的尾韵。具有优质起泡酒的优点，可在日间或夜间的任何时刻搭配从海鲜到午餐后甜点的广泛食物一起饮用或简单地独饮。        Picaire是一家位于Sarral镇的具有100多年历史的本土葡萄酒厂，Sarral镇起源于传统的葡萄酒的生产，其演变在起源时已与葡萄酒厂的发展紧密联系在一起，其历史渊源可以追溯到2000多年前罗马人将葡萄酒文化带入该地区时。             如今，名为Vinícola de Sarray Sociedad de Crédito,Covisal,SCCL的组织是加泰隆尼亚葡萄酒产业中最兴旺最具活力的合作社之一。她是葡萄酒制造商合作主义理念的先驱并且为其他生产企业从葡萄园耕种到最终商品化的所有生产级别中引进专业化提供参考。        酒庄在过去几年内着手进行产品扩展和生产现代化，在我们的酒窖内创造了西班牙气泡酒、淡葡萄酒和独一无二的松针葡萄酒，成为我们国家少有的几个生产这种发泡葡萄酒的工厂。生产设施位于1914年兴建的一个现代化仓库中。在一个占地面积达12,000平方米的地块上分布了不同的建筑物：外部仓库、办公室位于一个旧的经现代化改造的车间内，卡瓦酒车间、储藏室、仓库、agroshop全天向公众开放.         酒庄内装备最先进的技术，对从葡萄收获到灌装的所有工艺加以最大的细心，采用基于现代化的葡萄酒酿造学方法精心酿造葡萄酒和起泡酒并保持对环境的最大尊敬。超过100个不同容量的储存室，总储量超过9百万公升。2000m2的地下设施中有总计2百万瓶气泡酒在瓶内陈酿室以及橡木桶内陈酿室进行二次发酵。         不断改进的生产方式始终保证我们以最高的产品质量满足最苛刻消费者的需求，随着技术进步，但同时不要忘记我们的百年历史，通过不断的努力，我们提供优质的Merlot、Cabernet Sauvignon、Trepat、Macabeu、Parellada 和 Ull de Llebre (tempranillo)。         With more than 100 years history, Picaire  is native from Sarral, a town rooted in the traditions of wine production and which evolution have been profoundly linked to the developments made in the wineries since its origins, going back to the days when the Romans bring the wine culture to the region more than 2000 years ago to find its origins.Vinícola de Sarraly Sociedad de Crédito Covisal, SCCL -, is now home of Portell wines, being one of the most prosperous and dynamic cooperatives of the Catalan wine sector, pioneer in the implantation of the cooperativism philosophy inside the winery producers, and as a reference to other producers for introducing professionalization in all the production levels, from the cultivation of the vineyards to the final commercialization.          The extension and modernization has been undertaken during the last years, giving birth to the cavas, calm wines, and the exclusive needle wines in our celler, with one of the few plants of elaboration of this sparkling wine in our country.            Its facilities are located in a modernist warehouse constructed in 1914, in a 12,000 square metres parcel which occupies all the enclosure, where the diverse constructions are located:  the outer warehouses, offices situated in an old modernist reformed mill, cavas, warehouses, deposits, the agroshop open to the public every day, …           Equipped with the most advanced technology, taking the maximum care in all the processes, from the reception of the grape, to the bottle, with methods of elaboration of wines and cavas based on the modern enology and keeping the maximum respect for the environment.Its more than 100 deposits of different volumes, with a total capacity superior to the 9.000.000 of liters. 2.000 square metres of underground facilities where up to 2 million bottles of cava rest in second fermentation and rooms for the bottle aging and for the oak aging.          The means of production are in constant evolution, guaranteeing always the maximum quality for our most demanding costumers, following the technical progress but without forgetting our centennial history , in our effort  to bring all our Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trepat, Macabeu, Parellada and Ull de Llebre (tempranillo) vines their full qualities.
